Accounting Staff
Responsibilities:- Daily entries and monitoring of revenue, discuss deficiencies (if any) and perform corrective action to improve operations
- Preparation of disbursements including checks and suggest ways to reduce costs in a professional manner
- Bank reconciliation
- Payroll
- Regular submission of government requirements like SEC, BIR, SSS, Philhealth and HDMF
- Annual renewal Business Permit of the Company
- Preparation of Financial Statement and Income Tax Return
- Produce internal financial report as needed and reports to CEO
- Strong analytical, oral, written and mathematical skills
- Flexible, fast learner, smart, adept at research and computer savvy
- Experience as accountant is an advantage
- Freshly but enthusiastic graduate are encouraged to apply
- Degree in Accounting or Finance. Possess or be working toward a CPA credential is desirable

Web Designers

Junior System Administrators

- Primary focus on network engineering
- Plan and execute routine maintenance while documenting operational procedures and minimizing downtimes
- Reports to Sr. System Administrator and closely monitor internal and external service rollback and deployment.
- Expert in shell scripting.
- Must have a strong interest in performing software maintenance
- System administration experience under Linux/Unix environment. An experienced Apache administrator.
- Working knowledge of web servers, Unix shell scripting and Perl
- Working knowledge in network security technologies and devices such as firewall, VPN, etc.
- Strong analytical and diagnostics skills

- Male, single, not more than 35 years old
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience

Accounting OJT's
Terms:- Daily allowance with opportunity to work on a permanent basis. Onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig City Office
- Under close supervision, performs accounting-related clerical duties that require familiarity with basic accounting functions
- Example may include manual entries of all reconciled daily transactions in books of accounts, submission of BIR monthly returns, payroll data or other report, preparation of payment requests or related duties.
- May perform multiple clerical duties
- With college units in Accounting 1 & 2, vocational, business school, college or university level.
