1. Can several users share in a dial-up account?

   Yes and No.

   Yes for Multi-user account subscribers.

   No for Individual accounts. Individual account subscribers with sub-accounts may only connect one at a time.

   For Subscribers who require concurrent connections, we recommend the Multiuser-user account.

2. How many sub-accounts/additional mailboxes can my account have?

   You can only have up to three (3) sub-accounts or mailboxes for plans 33 and up.

4. What is this Fax gateway service of EMC? How do I send fax through it?

   EMC fax gateway service allows subscribers to send fax to any point within Metro Manila through email.

   To send a message or any other document through our fax gateway;

   -Open a new message window in your mail client (Ourlook or FC).
   - In the body, type your message.
   - Should there be attachments, attach the file.
   - Type in the To: field the fax number (where you opt to transmit your message/files) and affix @faxsr.emc.com.ph. Therefore, if you will send fax to 6327319, type, 6327319@faxsr.emc.com.ph then click Send
   - After you have sent your message, FaxSr will submit report whether the email/fax has been successfully transmitted or not.
   - Should you receive an error or delivery failure notice, the reason is indicated in the body of the notice.

   Note: This is only possible for dedicated fax.

5. What is Emc's Free Off-peak promo?
